ग्राम पर्वतपुर सुलेमान के मूल निवासी कुंवर हर्षवर्धन सिंह ने सैनिक स्कूल की कक्षा 6 की प्रवेश परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर परिवार और क्षेत्र का नाम गौरवान्वित किया है। वे वर्तमान में मुजाही बाजार स्थित आर. आर. सिंह पब्लिक स्कूल में कक्षा 5 के छात्र हैं।हर्षवर्धन सिंह, संदीप सिंह के पुत्र एवं शिवकुमार सिंह के पौत्र हैं। उनका परिवार वर्तमान में मुजाही बाजार में निवास करता है। हर्षवर्धन की इस सफलता से न केवल परिजनों बल्कि पूरे गांव में हर्ष का माहौल है।बता दें कि सैनिक स्कूलों में प्रवेश के लिए देशभर के छात्र कठिन चयन परीक्षा में भाग लेते हैं। इसमें चयनित होना गौरव का विषय होता है। हर्षवर्धन की सफलता खास इसलिए भी है क्योंकि उनके पिता संदीप सिंह एक साधारण किसान हैं, जिन्होंने सीमित संसाधनों में रहकर अपने पुत्र को उत्कृष्ट शिक्षा दिलाई।

A 1969 batch IAS officer, Baijal was the Delhi L-G for a long tenure of more than 5 years and 4 months.
